1. Private Commercial Status

ZDA Travel & Tourism is a privately held commercial entity legally registered in the United Arab Emirates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official subsidiary of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), Dubai's General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), or any foreign embassy or consulate.

Our operations consist of commercial consultancy, application coordination, legal document typing, authorized PRO liaison, and commercial airline ticketing services provided for professional consideration.

2. Sovereign Authority Discretion

All decisions regarding the issuance, approval, denial, delay, or administrative review of any visa, entry permit, residency authorization, Emirates ID, labor card, or commercial trade license are the exclusive sovereign prerogative of the relevant departments of the Government of the United Arab Emirates.

ZDA Travel & Tourism has no influence over government security assessments, background checks, system processing queues, or internal ministerial criteria. Engaging our firm ensures professional, error-free document preparation and typing, but does not circumvent, influence, or guarantee statutory determinations.

3. Absolute Non-Guarantee Policy

In strict adherence to UAE consumer protection standards and ethical business practices:

• No 100% Visa Approval Guarantee: We never claim, promise, or advertise '100% Guaranteed Visa Approval'. All applications remain subject to security clearances, eligibility checks, and sovereign authority approval.
• No Job or Employment Guarantee: Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, work visas can only be issued upon a valid corporate employment contract signed with a licensed employer. ZDA Travel & Tourism is not an employment placement agency and does not promise or guarantee jobs, interviews, employment offers, or salary outcomes.
• No Corporate Bank Account Guarantee: While we assist with corporate profile compilation and compliance file readiness, commercial bank account approvals rest entirely with the independent compliance departments of licensed financial institutions under Central Bank of the UAE regulations.

4. In-Country Status & Overstay Rules

Under modernized UAE immigration regulations, historic grace periods for tourist and visit visas have been rescinded. Visitors who remain in the country after their permitted visa stay are subject to automatic daily overstay fines (AED 50 per day) and mandatory departure clearance fees.

While ZDA coordinates In-Country Change of Status applications, clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their entry permit is issued and their change of status is approved before their existing visa validity expires. ZDA is not liable for overstay penalties resulting from client delays in providing required paperwork or government security review holds.

5. Health Screening & Communicable Disease Regulations

UAE residence visa stamping is strictly contingent upon passing mandatory preventive medical examinations (blood tests for infectious conditions and chest X-rays for active pulmonary tuberculosis) administered by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Emirates Health Services (EHS).

ZDA Travel & Tourism holds no authority over medical screening results. In the event of an inconclusive or medically unfit determination by public health authorities, residency permits are refused under federal health mandates, and statutory medical fees are non-refundable.

6. Airline Carriage & Traveler Responsibility

All flight ticket bookings are subject to the specific Conditions of Carriage established by the operating airline and international aviation regulations (IATA).

It is the personal legal responsibility of every passenger to verify that their passport possesses at least 6 months validity from their date of departure, and that they hold all required entry permits, tourist visas, or transit documentation before proceeding to the airport. Airlines retain the legal right to deny boarding to any passenger presenting incomplete travel credentials.
