1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you"), and ZDA Travel & Tourism ("ZDA", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, services, consultation desks, and client representations.

By signing an engagement agreement, submitting an online enquiry, or paying any invoice issued by ZDA Travel & Tourism, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature & Scope of Services

ZDA Travel & Tourism provides specialized corporate services, administrative document typing, liaison assistance, and travel booking facilitation in the United Arab Emirates, specifically including:

• Free Zone Company Formation: Facilitating trade name reservations, corporate licensing, Memorandum of Association (MOA) drafting, and investor residence visas in approved UAE Free Zones (e.g., RAKEZ, IFZA, DAFZA, SHAMS).
• Mainland Licensing & Visa Services: Assisting with Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) approvals, commercial office Ejari registrations, and MOHRE corporate establishment files.
• Employment Visa Coordination: Drafting standardized electronic labor contracts, managing MOHRE quotas, coordinating medical fitness tests, and Emirates ID biometric appointments.
• Tourist & Visit Visas: Electronic typing and processing of 30-day and 60-day tourist entry permits with mandatory travel insurance.
• Flight Ticket Reservations: Issuance and management of commercial airline tickets, corporate travel bookings, and route modifications.
• Career & Employment Advisory: Resume localization for the UAE job market, labor law briefings, and salary benchmarking. (No job placement guarantees).

3. Client Responsibilities & Document Accuracy Warranties

The Client agrees and warrants that all documentation, personal information, educational certificates, corporate resolutions, and passport copies provided to ZDA Travel & Tourism are genuine, accurate, complete, and legally attested according to UAE statutory standards.

The Client acknowledges that submitting forged, altered, or fraudulent paperwork to UAE governmental bodies constitutes a serious criminal offense under UAE Federal Penal Code and will result in immediate file cancellation, forfeiture of fees, and potential legal referral by authorities.

The Client is solely responsible for monitoring their personal immigration status and ensuring they do not incur overstay fines while applications are pending.

4. Fees, Government Invoicing & Payment Terms

All quotations and invoices issued by ZDA Travel & Tourism are expressed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

• Itemized Separation of Costs: Our invoices explicitly separate official government statutory filing fees (payable to ICP, GDRFA, DET, MOHRE, Free Zone Authorities, DHA, or EHS) from our professional consultancy and administrative typing charges.
• Statutory Fee Adjustments: The Client acknowledges that UAE government departments, municipal authorities, and health agencies retain the legal right to revise statutory fee tariffs, security deposit mandates, or courier fees without advance notice. Any unexpected official governmental fee changes mandated prior to file completion will be invoiced transparently at actual cost.
• Payment Modalities: Payments may be remitted via bank wire transfer, corporate check, approved electronic payment gateway, or major credit card. Services commence upon receipt of agreed advance disbursements.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our services involve immediate electronic filings, official fee disbursements, and customized document drafting, our refund policy reflects statutory constraints:

• Government Filing Fees: Official fees paid directly to UAE government bodies, Free Zone authorities, immigration portals, medical centers, or Emirates ID typing systems are non-refundable under official government policies once an application has been lodged.
• Consultancy Fees: If a client cancels an engagement prior to the commencement of drafting or electronic filing, consultancy fees may be refunded subject to a reasonable administrative deduction for preliminary case review. Once applications have been prepared and submitted, consultancy fees are non-refundable.
• Airline Ticket Bookings: Flight cancellations, date modifications, and refunds are strictly subject to the specific Fare Rules, carrier cancellation penalties, and conditions of carriage established by the operating airline.

6. Sovereign Authority Discretion & Non-Guarantee

CRITICAL STATUTORY NOTICE: ZDA Travel & Tourism acts exclusively as a document preparation, liaison, and administrative advisory service provider.

The authority to grant, reject, suspend, or delay commercial trade licenses, entry permits, security clearances, residency visas, Emirates IDs, work permits, or corporate bank accounts rests entirely and exclusively with the sovereign government authorities of the United Arab Emirates and licensed financial institutions.

ZDA Travel & Tourism does NOT make, advertise, or guarantee 100% visa approval rates, nor do we promise guaranteed employment, job placement, or salary outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, ZDA Travel & Tourism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Decisions, delays, or rejections made by sovereign UAE government departments or immigration authorities.
• System downtime, unscheduled maintenance, or portal modifications affecting official ICP, GDRFA, or MOHRE electronic platforms.
• Flight delays, cancellations, schedule adjustments, or denied boardings resulting from airline operations or airport border security decisions.
• Client failures to disclose prior overstay fines, existing legal disputes, or medical screening ineligibilities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, visual assets, text, design frameworks, stylesheets, and custom code published on this website are the intellectual property of ZDA Travel & Tourism. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of our proprietary content without explicit written permission is prohibited under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

The parties mutually agree that any legal controversy, claim, or dispute that cannot be amicably resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
